Teck Packs & Quotation
A detailed clothing tech pack is created, which includes all the specifications for the garment such as pattern, graded size specifications, fabrics, trims, colors, and construction details. This document serves as a blueprint for accurate production and ensuring transparency in costs.

Quality Control
We have twice strict QC, factory and our dedicated quality inspector. Each garment is inspected for defects, adherence to design specifications, and overall quality. This ensures that only the best products reach the client and end consumers.

FAQs
What types of garments do you specialise in?
We mainly specialise in luxury streetwear, technical activewear, premium tailoring, cut-and-sew garments, knitwear, independent designers, and custom fashion production.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We are a no MOQ clothing manufacturer, providing the best custom apparel manufacturing for startups and small businesses. We can produce 1 piece at a competitive price. However, the more pieces you order, the lower the price per piece.
What happens after payment?
Once the payment is completed, we will begin sourcing fabric options for you to review and confirm.
At the same time, we will start developing the pattern cutting and/or embroidery/printing template for your design.
After you approve the fabric, we’ll proceed to order it and send it to our factory for cutting and sewing.
Throughout the process, we’ll regularly update you with photos and videos, so you’ll have full visibility and assurance that your design is being recreated accurately. Once the sample is finished, we’ll send final photos/videos for your approval. Upon confirmation, we’ll ship the sample directly to you.
Do you offer sample development?
Yes. We offer full sample development services, including pattern cutting, fabric sourcing, printing, embroidery, cutting, sewing, construction development, and revisions before bulk production. We also support some special treatments like laser cutting, flatlock, custom washes, and silicone moulding.
How does your sample fee refund mechanism work?
If the sample meets your expectations and you proceed with mass production (over 50 pieces), we refund the difference between the sample fee and the bulk unit price. For example, if the sample fee is £200 and the bulk unit price is £85, you will be refunded £115.
Where are your garments produced?
Our head office is in London, but we collaborate with factories globally, including in China, Turkey, the UK, Italy, and Japan. We will recommend factories based on the type of product and your specific requirements, providing different pricing options for you to choose from.
Notably, we have our own factory in China, which offers greater flexibility and competitive pricing.
How do you support sustainability?
Firstly, we use high-quality fabrics that are more durable and last longer.
Secondly, we offer sustainable fabric options, including organic cotton, hemp, and bamboo.
Thirdly, all our factories hold certifications, including Sedex / SMETA and Fair Trade standards. We also work with fabric suppliers offering certified materials, including GOTS, OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, and GRS certifications.
How about the timeline?
Sample development generally ranges from 4–6 weeks, depending on design complexity and communication efficiency.
Bulk orders production time is 4 weeks after sample approval, shipping excluded.
